Carnivore pancakes!
I love these because they are completely carnivore but add so much diversity to the usual meat-based diet!
Make these for breakfast, as a savory lunch or dinner crepe, or as an easy to-go snack.

Ingredients
- 4 ounces of cream cheese
- 4 eggs
Instructions
- Soften the cream cheese by letting sit at room temperature for at least an hour.
- Blend the cream cheese and eggs well in a blender or food processor.

If you allow vanilla, adding a little bit to your batter is a nice addition. You will see adding vanilla to eggs that this is all that makes up the distinctive flavor or smell of cake, so adding a little to anything with eggs will go a long way to making it taste like a dessert without adding any sweetener. However, these will still be great without it.

But what do you do with a pancake that you can't put fruit or syrup on? Well, these are great as a snack just by themselves, or just with butter on them! If you allow some spices, whip up a quick batch of cinnamon butter. Like vanilla, cinnamon is another flavor we usually associate with sweet foods, so it can make these pancakes taste like a dessert without any sweetener. If you struggle with snacking, keep a batch of batter in your fridge and quickly cook up a couple pancakes when you're tempted to reach for something else.
You can't beat a simple recipe. I just thought I'd let others know that this isn't zero a carb recipe though. In total, I calculated it to have around 5-6g of carbs. (That's not necessarily a bad thing!) However, some people are under the impression that all carnivore recipes contains zero carbs but that isn't always the case. To anybody who's following the carnivore diet, it's really worth looking into a high quality carb blocker. You can find an excellent one here - This is going to help prevent your body from digesting and absorbing some carbohydrates by blocking the enzymes that break them down.
