Taco meat

I'm always down to find ways to make ground beef taste less like ground beef in carnivore friendly ways.

Ground beef is inexpensive, easy to cook, and can be high in fat. If you're one of the people who can enjoy eating ground beef plain a lot, I'm happy for you. I struggle with it.

Taco seasoning is a great way to flavor up your ground beef and make it more interesting!

To make taco seasoning, mix:

- one part salt

- one part garlic powder

- one part black pepper

- two parts cumin

- four parts chili powder

Season ground beef while cooking over medium heat. Use about 2 teaspoons of seasoning per pound of ground beef. Adjust as desired.

Eat plain or with shredded cheese, or make into keto-taquitos!
